Culinary Arts Education Study Program Presents UPI 66th Anniversary Cake

The Culinary Arts Education Program of Study, Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (FPTK UPI) gave cake as a special gift on UPI's 66th Anniversary, Tuesday (20/10/2020).

The cake made by lecturers, students and Patisserie students of the FPTK UPI Culinary Arts Education Program of Study and the theme was "cake spiral which is very exotic and describes a futuristic dynamic".

According to the Head of the UPI FPTK Culinary Arts Education Program of Study, Dr. Yulia Rahmawati, M.Si, the idea of ​​making a birthday tart cake, came up with special hopes for UPI's mature age.

"The cake making takes one day, which consists of two tarts made into 6+ shape. The six spiral cake is specially designed to highlight the 6 ++ number and the UPI logo photo wrapped in buttercream," she said.
